Mercy holds  an  ACC credential from the Gold Standard of Coaching; the ICF  (International Coaching Federation). She has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and  Masters in Business Administration from the USA. She is passionate about business, education, faith and leadership growth.  She has worked professionally with Step Global over the last 5 years in the Middle East.

Her life experience includes living in 3 continents from East Africa to the USA and currently in the Middle East. Her education and training combined with cultural expertise avails the unique opportunity to help clients grow in their business, personal and work life.  Her utmost desire is to see clients thrive, get clarity in life and become well-rounded people who are efficient and understand how to maximize their growth to achieve their goals and purpose in life.

Robert grew up on a farm in the USA, and has delighted in living and working in the Arab world with his family since 2010. He is an ICF-trained business and leadership coach, with a professional and educational background that blends together specializations in teaching, history, fine arts, Arabic language and business.

Prior to his work in Kuwait, he founded and operated a sustainable tour business in Oman as part of a national effort to diversify the economy toward environmentally conscious alternatives. It was there he first learned about the need for leadership development in the region as he worked alongside local entrepreneurs and talented local professionals desiring to enter the marketplace.

Robert excels at helping clients get the results they want in self-leadership, work-life balance, career satisfaction, job transition, work performance, time management, and leveraging unique strengths for success.

With a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications and a Master's degree in Intercultural Studies with a Mental Health focus, Starseay brings a unique blend of expertise to the coaching arena. Having spent the last six years immersed in the dynamic landscape of the Gulf region, she played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding a new business, leading a diverse team, and gaining insights into the profound impact of leadership training and coaching.

Her passion lies in guiding individuals, particularly entrepreneurs, through the journey of overcoming obstacles and unlocking their potential. Having witnessed firsthand the transformative power of coaching, Starseay is also dedicated to helping businesses recognize the untapped potential within their workforce. With a keen understanding of the intricacies of interpersonal dynamics and organizational structures, she is committed to fostering growth at the individual, business, and community levels.
